The apartment is situated in Neukölln, known for its diversity of cultures and peoples interest, where new bars and restaurants pop up every week. It is close to Kreuzberg, where Nightlife is at top in Berlin. The canal called "Landwehrkanal" and the "Hasenheide" as a huge green park in immediate neighborhood is where people meet to chill and relax in summertime.
Public transport (U7 at Rathaus Neukölln + U8, changing at Hermannsplatz) brings you within 20 minutes to Alexanderplatz and Berlin Mitte.
The apartment is approximately 70 m2 in size, does have two large bedrooms, which are furnished to be used as living room at the same time. One of them does have a balcony to the street, the other known as "Berliner Zimmer" with south west facing window to the backyard. The kitchen is equipped with thoughtful detailed custom made furniture, and reveals a cozy atmosphere. A little table close the the yard facing window allows for having small meals.
The apartment has been entirely refurbished recently in a particular respectful way, which led to a surprising detail of having two accesses to the bathroom. The main from the corridor, the secondary via a door from the kitchen, adjacent to the bathtub, which gives the "opportunity being served exclusively" while having a relaxed bath.
