I´m offering of my lovely apartment in Neukoelln for the month of march. 2-4 persons can live there (1 doublebed, 1 doublebed-couch). Rent for 1 Person: 250 EUR/week. Rent for 2-4 Persons: 280 EUR/week.
The apartment is 70m2 in total, with one bedroom, a big living room, kitchen, an clean bathroom and a small balcony. The house is a classic Berlin "Altbau" with high ceilings, many large windows and wooden floors. I can provide you with towels and bed cloths.
The apartment is in Weserstraße, which is famous for it's many bars. The area is the upcoming, hip part of Berlin with many galleries and bars. You are close to Kreuzberg, the canal and it's the turkish market, the park "Hasenheide" and the old airport "Tempelhof". I will be glad to be your host!
