We are renting our nice appartment in Neukölln. The appartment has one big room with a 140x200 bed, piano and furniture, and one smaller room with a king size family bed (240x200)and furniture, nice basically equiped kitchen and a regular bath. Unfortunately, there are problems with uploading the photos on the page - just send us a message and we will sent you some more..
The rent includes all cost (also coles and internet). You have the option of renting aditionally another big room with balcony and nice views(for additional 230 all inclusive) that is right next door to the appartment and therby make it a three-room appartment with one door in between the two-room appartment and the one aditional room.
The appartment is sunny, has well funcioning ovens and is situated in a house full of young and creative people that share a collective garten all toghether (nice athmosphere). Vivid, multicultural district of Berlin, lots of bars, little creative shops, bio-shops and supermarkets, movie theater, etc. right around the corner, two parks very close, metro is at 7 Minutes walking distance. The street is pretty quiet and inside the house there is a peacfull athmosphere.
Heating with oven is not such a big deal as it might seem: once a week you carry the coles upstares and you need maybe 30 minutes the morning to get them all running :)
