Subletting our beautiful 2-room apartment from Dec 13 - Jan 8 for the perfect winterholidays! Stay here over christmas and new year's eve, have plenty of space to meet with your friends and invite them for dinner! 4 people can stay here, there is even an additional guest couch! And this for only 800 € all inc. (internet, all amenities)(more english below)

Wir vermieten unsere schöne 2-Zimmer-Wohnung vom 13. Dez bis 8.Jan üüber die Winterferien! Verbringt Weihnachten und Silvester im schönen Berlin, habt viel Platz in einer gemütlichen Wohnung, in der ihr mit euren Freunden kochen könnt. 4 Personen können hier übernachten, es gibt sogar noch einzusätzliches Gästesofa. Und das alles für nur 800 € all. incl. (internet, alle Versorgungsgeräte, ...)


The apartement is a wonderfull bright and sunny apartment in the 4th floor in a turn-of-the-century buildung. It has high ceilings, everything feels spacy and light, perfect for your summer-vacation in Berlin!

The apartment has two large bedrooms, a big kitchen to entertain guests, a wide hallway, a bathroom with a bathtub and a small storage-place, in which you find the washing machine. You'll also have internetaccess!

Room 1:
Room 1 is about 22 squaremeters, it is furnished with a bed for 2 person and a big couch! The room is very light, because it faces south. You can sit on the small balcony and enjoy your breakfast or have a glass of wine in the evening. The balcony is sunny the whole day and fits 2 persons.

Room 2:
Room2 is a bit bigger, about 27 squaremeters, it is also furnished with a bed for 2 people and also a small sleeping-couch. The room is bright and has big windows. It is facing the backyard and is therefore very calm!

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a dish-washer, refridgerator and an oven. In the middle stands a big table on which at least 6 people can sit and enjoy a lovely dinner in the cosy kitchen!

Bathroom:
The bathroom has everything you need. There is of course a toilet and a sink, but more than that also a big bathtub!

Storage-Room:
In the storage room is the washing machine and all other household stuff. We didnt post a picture, because it is very small and full of our wardrobe, so not much to see.
