Lovely, fully renovated 2-room altbau apartment in Neukölln

Due to unexpected circumstances we have to leave our beautiful two-room apartment in the heart of Neukölln a few months before our contract expires. Because of this, we are looking for nice, trustworthy people to take it over from 20th January until the end of March. Singles or couples only, please - no flatshares (WGs)!

The apartment is fully renovated, with a huge living room, a bedroom with a balcony, a sunny kitchen and a bathroom with a bath. It's very cozy and fully furnished, with nice old-style furniture. It's also perfectly located, 20 metres away from Leinestrasse subway stop (U8) and a few blocks from Tempelhof park. Several supermarkets and Hermanstrasse are a few steps away.

The rent is 860 euros per month - Internet and expenses included. We'll need a deposit of one month's rent, which you'll get back at the end of the contract. We're looking for someone to take it over for the whole period, and staying longer is unfortunately not possible since the owners are coming back.
