Shared flat to sublet for 6 months and maybe longer

We are subletting our apartment for 6 months and maybe even longer. The rent is 1100 per month
(heating, wifi and electricity included).
The apartment is a typical Altbau with three rooms. We are subletting two rooms and keep one for us.
We will be in Berlin occasionally but only a few days a year.
So most of the time you will have the apartment to yourself.
Altogether with the bathroom and the kitchen, you will have 85qm to yourself.
The kitchen is fully equipped (there is even a dishwasher) as well as the bathroom (washing machine).
The two rooms have each the size of 22 qm and are partly furnished. The living room has a large book shelf and a large window bay with four windows plus a table and a sofa.
The second room has two windows, a bed with a mattress (140cm x 200cm), a large bookshelf, a big mirror
as well as a walk-in-closet and curtains.
The apartment is suited for singles and couples.
The apartment is in the front house and it is located close to Hermannplatz, U8/U7 station.
The neighborhood is very vibrant with lots of bars and restaurants. The canal with its outdoor market is 2 blocks away, diverse supermarkets in the area as well.
