I will be out of town from 27th of December 2023 until 2nd of March, 2024 and sublet my beautiful flat to one or two people!
It has two big rooms, a nice kitchen with dish washer, a bathroom with shower and washing machine...so basically all you need! Even a balcony to have a coffee in the sun in the morning :-) There is one big double bed in the sleeping room and a couch in the living room.
I will sublet the flat for 800€/m to one person and for 950€/m to a couple. A deposit of 500 Euro is required. Also, I'd like to ask the person(s) for the favor of watering my plants while I'm gone and to take care of my post box. I prefer quiet people, meaning no parties here while I'm gone...I simply wish my flat to be treated with care as I love it and just moved here :-) So if you feel like you're able to do this, write me a message and have a look!
The area here is quite cool as it's close to several bars and party locations (Weserstrasse, Else, CDV..) but not directly in the middle of it, so rather quiet. The bus is leaving from the same street 2 minutes walking distance, or the S-bahn Treptower Park is approx. 10min walking distance. The nicest is the closeness to treptower Park itself where you can run, picknick, hang out and do whatever in summer.
Shops and restaurants are in the very same street, just check it out.
