Spacious Apartment to rent for single Person or couples

Hello out there,
I´m renting my beautiful, bright and well located apartment in Neukölln near to Hasenheide and Tempelhofer Feld from beginning of june to end of december. If things work out, it can also be rented for a longer period of time!
It has 100 m2 and comes with the full load of typical berlin Altbau-charme :) There´s 3 rooms, a pretty spacious kitchen, bathroom with tub and window, one very comfy living room, a storage room, balcony and 2 bedrooms.

The reason why this aparment is not suitable for flatsharing and I only want to rent to single persons or couples is because I´m only renting out one bedroom (and of course all the other shared space like kitchen, livingroom etc). The other bedroom is my room, but i´m gone 90% of the time, working way too far away from Berlin :(
So basically i´ll be home only every second weekend, sometimes more, sometimes less. On holidays I might spend some more time at home, but all in all I´m out travelling a lot.

The apartment is fully furnished with everything you need like washing machine, dishwasher, cooking stuff, fast Internet and a piano (not that anyone needs a piano, but its nice to have one). You´re room will have a comfy bed, desk, storage for clothes, shelves and so on.

The place is located in the middle of Neukölln. You basically drop into u8 when leaving the front door, Hasenheide and tempelhofer feld are a 5 minute walk away, numerous spätis will cover your late night needs for cigaretts, chips and what not and on top of that, you get to see sun rise and dawn from every window in the apartment - best view is from the balcony though!

I would like to rent the apartmet to people who are relaxed but also responsable - I love this place and I want to share it with someone who respects and likes it as much as I do. mega plus would be if you´d be good with plants and took care of my green fellows when I´m gone!
