Helle, schöne Wohnung im Neuköllner Schillerkiez / Bright, pretty flat in Neukölln's Schillerkiez

Da ich 5 Wochen im Ausland sein werde, untervermiete ich meine Wohnung, die sich im 2.0 OG eines Jahrhundertwendehauses im Neuköllner Schillerkiez befindet. Die Wohnung ist völlig möbliert. Es befindet sich in der Nähe zahlreiche Bars und Kneipen, sowie das berühmte Tempelhofer Feld, dazu gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die U8 ist ungefähr 3 Gehminuten entfernt.

Ich und mein Vermieter, ein Freund von mir, wünschen uns eine Person, die respektvoll mit der Wohnung und mit den Nachbarn umgeht. Bitte beschreibe daher deine Pläne in Berlin, ein paar Einzelheiten über dich selbst wären auch sehr hilfreich.

Rauchen ist nicht erlaubt.

Since I plan to go abroad for five weeks, I'd like to sublet my flat, which is located on the 2nd floor of a turn-of-the-century building in Neukölln's Schillerkiez. The flat is fully furnished. Countless bars and pubs are located nearby, as well as the renowned Tempelhofer Feld, additionally good shopping options. The U8 is only three minutes away on foot.

Both I and my landlord, a friend of mine, would like a person who will treat the flat and the neighbors with respect. For this reason we'd appreciate a description of your plans in Berlin, as well as a few details about yourself.
