I will be away for ten months and I would like to rent out my clean and charming flat to a responsible and caring female.
It is in the lovely neighborhood of Kreuzkölln (perfectly wedged between the lively districts of Kreuzberg and Neukölln) where there are a lot of charming cafes and restaurants. It's also a stone's throw away from the Landwehr Canal, where they have the Turkish Market every Tuesdays and Fridays.
The flat itself is simple, but everything you need for a comfortable stay is available: cooking stove, washing machine, electric kettle, refrigerator, bed (new), desk, clothes rack, and of course, internet connection.
Just a few things to note: I cannot accommodate pets or smokers. Registering the apartment at the Bürgeramt (Anmeldung) would be impossible.

The U-bahn station Schönleinstrasse is 3 minutes away. There are various groceries, cafes, and restaurants in the vicinity. The beautiful Landwehr Canal is a stone's throw away.
Every Tuesday and Friday, there's a Turkish market along the Landwehr Canal and one can buy vegetables and other produce for reasonable prices.
Unfortunately, I cannot accomodate smokers and pets. Registering for an Anmeldung is also impossible. Sorry!
I am keen on entrusting my flat to a responsible tenant who will keep it clean and would not disturb the neighborhood so please tell me about yourself and what your schedule will be like while you're in Berlin. :)
