Komplett eingerichtete 3 Zimmerwohnung in Neukölln zur Zwischenmiete vom 05.02.2019 - 15.04.2019 (10 Wochen). Die monatliche Miete beträgt €999 und die Mindestdauer beträgt 2 Monate. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss im Hinterhaus und bleibt schön ruhig. In der Wohnung darf nicht geraucht werden.

Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Hauptschlafzimmer (20 m²) mit Doppelbett und Kleiderschrank, zweites Schlafzimmer (10 m²) mit einem ausziehbaren Schlafsofa und einem Schreibtisch, einem Wohnzimmer (20 m²) mit einem Essbereich, einer Küche (6 m²) und einem Bad (6 m²) mit Badewanne. Es gibt auch eine Terrasse (10m²) und einen Garten (30m², sonnig, sobald der Frühling kommt!)

Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet und ausgestattet: Möbel, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Geschirrspüler, TV, Mikrowelle usw. Internet ist ebenfalls in den Kosten enthalten.

We will be renting out our fully furnished 3 room apartment in Neukölln from 05.02.2019 – 15.04.2019 (10 weeks). The monthly rent is €999 with a minimum duration of 2 months. The apartment is on the ground floor in the rear house (Hinterhaus) and stays nice and quiet. The apartment is non-smoking.

The apartment is made up of a master bedroom (20m²) with double bed and wardrobes, guest room (10m²) with pull-out sofa bed and desk, living room (20m²) with dining area, kitchen (6m²) and bathroom (6m²) with a bath. There is also a terrace (10m²) and garden (30m², sunny as soon as the Spring arrives!)

All furniture plus necessary equipment/utensils will remain in the apartment for the duration of the rental, including washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher, tv, microwave, etc. Internet is also included in the costs.
