Apartment near Hermannstraße and Leinestraße

Our WG is looking to find new renters to suggest to the landlord in order for us to end our contract early. We are holding viewings for anyone interested in the apartment, and if someone is interested, we would send the documents to the landlord to pick who the next set of renters would be.

There are two bathrooms: one has a shower and the other one has a bathtub.

The kitchen was new when we moved in a little over a year ago with an oven and dishwasher.

There are four bedrooms. One of them connects to another room, so someone would need to walk through it. The room was originally thought to be a living room, so it might be better if the WG were 3 people instead of four since the fourth room offers little privacy. The second room is incredibly large, and the other two are about 12m2.

There is a cellar, but no one has ever used it.
