Entschuldigung für das Schreiben auf Englisch, mein geschriebenes Deutsch ist überhaupt nicht gut.
I am renting my room out in a great WG from 6th November to 2nd December 2019. The room is very bright (with black out blinds), spacious and has plants. There is a sofa, desk, clothes racks and a 160 x 200 bed, which is very comfortable.
We are a queer friendly WG and there are 3 other great flatmates (2 Deutsch and 1 other Englisch) to enjoy your time with whilst here. The WG is on the 4th floor, located 5/6 mins walk from both Sonnenalle S bahn and Neukölln S/U bahn. The room overlooks the s-bahn and there are no other buildings around so you get full light throughout the day (we have double glazed windows so the sound is not a problem).
The WG has two bathrooms (one with a bath and the other with a shower, both have toilets) and a new kitchen with sofa. The WG is very spacious for 4 people.
We are ideally looking for another LGBTQ+ person (but we are also open) who is looking for an intermediate place to stay. I am a product designer by background, so creatives are also welcome. Although we like to party, we are not big party animals as we work/study so no full party heads - this is not a rave house :) Also someone that is 'into' plants, by that I mean someone who is ok with taking care of them, bitte.
Please email me with some information about yourself (who you are, what you like to do, what you do etc) and we can arrange a visit to see the room/WG and meet my flatmates. I am away until the 16th Nov so would have to meet after then.

The WG is located on the 4th floor on Elsterstrasse, just by the s bahn ring. This means that the room overlooks the s bahn and has no surrounding buildings blocking light, hence the room being very light and spacious. The house has double glazed windows so the sound of the s-bahn is not a problem.
Sonnenalle s bahn and Neukölln s/u bahn are about 5-7 mins max walk away, so getting anywhere is super easy and convenient.
Böhmischer platz is a 5-7 minute walk from the WG. Richardplatz is about 10 mins max on foot.
Whilst the WG is not in the thick of all the bars/restaurants, they are not far away which means on the whole the area is nice and chilled.
