BRESCHREIBUNG:
Fühl dich wie zu Hause in unserer schönen Wohnung mitten im Schillerkiez in Neukölln. Das wunderbare Tempelhofer Feld ist in nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und lebendiges Berlin findest du in Form von zahlreichen tollen Bars, Cafés, Restaurants, kleinen Läden und vielem mehr direkt vor der Haustür!

Wir verreisen in der Zeit und vermieten daher unseren Wohnraum vom 03. - 10.04.2023.


DIE UNTERKUNFT:
Wir sind eine junge vierköpfige Familie und haben die Wohnung mit viel Energie und Liebe zum Detail renoviert und eingerichtet.

Wir freuen uns darüber, in unserer Wohnung Reisende beherbergen zu können, während wir selber verreist sind!

Dir stehen - neben Küche und Bad - 3 Zimmer zur Verfügung: Ein Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, ein Arbeitszimmer mit Balkon und ein Schlafzimmer.

Das Wohnzimmer haben wir mit einer großen, gemütlichen Couch, einem Sessel, einem Bücherschrank einem Schreibtisch ausgestattet. Außerdem gibt es einen schönen, großen Balkon.
Im Schlafzimmer findest du ein großes Doppelbett, einen Kleiderschrank mit Spiegel und einen Stuhl.
Im Arbeitszimmer warten ein Sofa, ein großer Schreibtisch, zwei Schränke und ein weiterer toller Balkon auf dich. Außerdem gibt es hier eine große Matratze (falls ihr getrennt schlafen möchtet).

Frische Handtücher und frische Bettwäsche bekommst du selbstverständlich auch von uns!


ZUGANG FÜR GÄSTE:
Du kannst natürlich auch gerne unsere sehr gut und hochwertig ausgestattete Küche nutzen, samt Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine und großem Tisch.

In unserem Bad gibt es eine Waschmaschine, einen Trockner und eine Badewanne! Fühl dich wie zu Hause!

DESCRIPTION:
Welcome to Schillerkiez! Be our guest in our spacious apartment right next to the main entrance to the famous Tempelhof Field! The flat is located in the wonderful Schillerkiez, a vibrant and artsy area which still feels very local, with many great bars, cafés and restaurants around. Yet we are based on a rather quiet street with not a lot of traffic at all. You can cook and chill in our comfy and well equipped kitchen, relax in one of the 3 rooms with 2 big balconies or enjoy our lovely bathtub.

THE APARTMENT:
We’re a young family of four and we’re happy to offer our flat from 03. - 10. of April 2023. to you while we’re travelling ourselves!

The apartment - with its high ceilings, stucco and wooden floors - spreads the charm of the “Golden Twenties”. We have invested a lot of energy into decorating it with care, love and an eye for details.

Besides the kitchen and the bathroom, you have access to three other rooms: a living room with a balcony, a study room with a balcony, and a bedroom.
The living room is furnished with a big, comfy couch, a matching extra large armchair, a bookcase and a small desk. On top of that, there’s a beautiful, big balcony.
In the bedroom you’ll find a king-size bed, a vintage closet with a big mirror and a chair.
A big desk, a sofa, two closets and another charming balcony are awaiting you in the study room. Besides, there’s a queen-size mattress (in case you want to sleep separately).

Of course we provide fresh towels and fresh linen too!!

ACCESS FOR GUESTS:
Apart from the three spacious rooms, you have of course access to our kitchen with all its quality cooking facilities, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and a big table to sit on. There is also a bathroom with a washing machine, a dryer, a bathtub and fresh towels waiting for you :).

If you need things like an iron or a hairdryer or who knows what, just ask us.

Of course there is also free WiFi in the flat.

Enjoy sunny days on the big balconies!

Just feel at home!!
