We are subletting our 62 sqm 2 bedroom apartment from May 1st- July 1st, with the possibility of extension. The apartment is just 3 minutes walk from U-Bahn station Rathaus Neukölln. Located in a nice and quiet side-street it is in close proximity to lots of nice shops, cafés and restaurants.
The apartment is on the third floor (no elevator). There is one very large bedroom/living room and one smaller bedroom/office and a balcony looking onto the street from the large room. It is fully furnished with a washing machine, two work desks, and gets a ton of natural light.
It's perfect for a single person or a couple. We are looking for someone reliable and tidy who can also look after our plants and books. The rent is 850 euros with all bills (including super fast internet which we just updated for the Zoom era!) Unfortunately no Anmeldung is possible.
