I offer my flat for a one year to three years rental. I'm a teacher in an Art school in Rome and I recently
signed a three years contract in an Italian art school. I'm not in Berlin at the moment but a close friend
of mine is taking care of my flat and he is managing the viewings.

The flat is located on the 4th and top floor in a quiet building. The main room has a big window that faces a courtyard with trees, birds and a squirrel.
The furniture is brand new and includes a wood Double Bed, a Night Table, Chairs, wood Table, a Stand Mirror, a high quality Sofa, 49'' Smart TV, Washing Machine, Fridge, Oven.

The Mattress is new as well as the Linens (2 Sets) and Towels (2 Sets).
New Kitchen Utensils such as Pots, Cutleries, different sorts of Glasses, Cups, Coffee Machine,
Toast Machine are provided.

The bathroom has a shower and a bike rack is in the Courtyard if you have a bike.

The rent is €890/month (Wi-fi, Gas, Electricity included).
