Cozy Two rooms apartment in Neukölln

Here we are in a very cozy apartment, children friendly, sunny and spacious in the center of Neukölln. Parks, supermarkets, coffees, bars, everything is very easily reachable, by foot or by bike. Its a charming little street full of trees and Parks, a little paradise in Neukölln!
The space :
The Apartment is cozy, very spacious with a lot of day light as we are here on the 4th floor. This also means a great view on the sky and very quiet! Its a rather zen minimalist style apartment, with a lot of joyful colors and natural textures, art, shamanistic drums and guitar, and a play area for big and small :-)
There are two very big rooms, one as the bedroom with the children play area and the other as a living room with futon, floor pillows, a little cafe table, and on the other side the "office" with a bureau and a balcony.
The kitchen is my favorite area, as its very sunny and full of wooden textures and plants. I feel like in a little cottage there, just with all the very handy modern equipment like a big fridge, a wash-machine, dishwasher, blender, boiler, etc..
The apartment is a great retreat place as its very quiet and comfortable, but also just a few steps around the corner are many little bars and coffees. Since its on the 4th floor, its a little bit of a way up, but good for cardio !
