Going on a little holidays and for this subletting my apartment in Neukolln/Alt-Trept fow for 15 days, from the 10 until the 25.04.25 CAN ARE FLEXIBLE. Flat total rent/month 1.300€ - Rental sublet price 50€/night.
The apartment is on the top floor and has:
-Bedroom with balcony (views to the Alexanderplatz and beeeeaaautiful sunset views)
-Living room/dining room (inc. projector 😎)
-Kitchen (inc. dishwasher)
-Bathroom
-Small laundry room (inc. washing machine and dryer)
-Entrance/corridor
Everything is fully furnished!
I would like to sublet our apartment to a single person/couple/friends but no more than 2 people. Of course NO parties, no pets, no smoking inside, etc. We like our neighbours and do not want to jeopardize the good vibes.

The apartment is right next to the canal and only 15min walk to the Maybachufer - which is kind of ideal for these last summer days. Treptower Park is also only a 15-20min walk in the other direction!
There are 2 Rewes nearby (5min walk), 1 Lidl (5min walk) and a big Real (15min walk) in the area - other than of course several Spätis!!
You can also find the popular Weserstrasse bars, restaurants and vintage shops just 10min away from the apartment.
Public transport-wise:
Just right in front of the house there is a 171 bus stop, which takes you directly to Hermannplatz where you can find U7, U8, M29, etc. Just a 5min walk there is also a M41 bus stop.
The apartment is between the Sonnenallee and Treptower Park S-Bahn stations, each of them 15min walk away.
