Wir arbeiten für ein paar Jahre in den USA, solange vermieten wir unsere Wohnung unter. Alles läuft offiziell über unsere Hausverwaltung ab.

Die Wohnung ist im 5.Stock, ausgebautes Dachgeschoss in einem sanierten Altbau.

Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und zeichnet sich vor allem durch den großen 14qm großen Balkon aus, der von Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer erreichbar ist, da die Wohnung in einem Eckhaus liegt.

Die Wohnung wird voll möbliert untervermietet, inklusive Pflanzen und deren Bewässerung.

Es werden sämtliche Küchengeräte (Töpfe, Geschirr, etc.) zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Wohnung kann direkt bezogen werden. Was u.a. dazu gehört:

- Miele Waschmaschine
- Miele Geschirrspüler
- Siemens 180cm Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschrank
- Stabiles Holzbett (180x220cm)
- Dänische Teakmöbel
- Viele Pflanzen

Im Preis enthalten sind sämtliche Kosten inklusive 100MB/s Internet.

Our apartment is located on the top, 5th floor, accessible with stairs (no elevator). The space is comprised of a large living room and bedroom which are connected via a large wrap-around terrace. The terrace doubles as a room during the warmer months, there is an electric plug and lamp outside so you can easily connect your laptop, enjoy your meals out there and gaze at the rooftops of Kreuzberg,the Landwehr-Kanal, and also the beautiful sunsets. Our bedroom has a custom made bed (my husband is quite tall so our bed fits someone who is 2 meters tall very comfortably: dimensions are 220cm x 180cm), which in USA standards compares to a California King Size. It is the most comfortable large bed I have ever slept in. Our bed sits under a sky window, so you can star/moon/bird daze as you sleep/lounge. We also have high quality bedding which you will have access to (down comforter and pillow, linen bedsheets, etc.).

Then there is also a large bathroom with bathtub and also a large kitchen. We have a large dining table in the living room (it can extend to fit up to 10 people), and a small dining table on the terrace and in the kitchen to enjoy your wonderful meals.

Apart from the amenities and furnishings I have mentioned you will also have access to: high speed internet connection (100Mbs), printer, television, washing machine and dishwasher (both Miele). Moreover, electricity, heating, water, wifi, tv license are all included. House textiles and flatware (linens, towels, plates, cups, etc.) are also all included. We have smoke detectors also all around the house (I am a native Californian, so I really appreciate this!). The apartment also has roof access, so if you need another beautiful view (or escape) you have one above your heads! As well as plants in every room and artworks which make the space cozy and even more beautiful.

It is a very friendly group of people who live in our building, most of the people have lived here well beyond 10 years (we have lived here 7 years and we are one of the “newbies”). Not much turnover AT ALL because it is that lovely.
