The room is on the 4th floor of a duplex apartment.
On the 4th floor are the bedrooms, storage room and bathroom, on the 5th floor there is a kitchen and living room, as well as another toilet and a small terrace.
Since I will be back in October, I would like to hand over the room to you furnished (as in the pictures). I was able to free up a lot of space, however I leave a few things in some of the closets. I can still get screen/chairs or similar out, we can discuss what you would like to use.
Located on the south side, there is a lot of sun in the room. You also share a balcony with Timo. Since I'm traveling, I haven't treated him lovingly this year - you're happy to let off steam. The room faces the street.
In the heart of Neukölln, not far from "Broadway Neukölln" ;) everything you need is right around the corner.
Shops for daily needs (supermarkets, pharmacies, hardware store, beer tree, etc.) - all within a maximum of 12 minutes and you are on the U8 in 1 minute. One is also fast in the Hasenheide or on the Tempelhofer Feld.
You are also surrounded by various neighborhood cafés/bars/restaurants - yes
Your roommate is Timo (34). He is warm and very welcoming.
Timo works from home and does IT software stuff. Most recently part-time, the free Monday is arelaxing balance for weekend trips or tired dancing legs - but maybe also an incentive to do more sport again. When it's not a pandemic, he likes to travel, and hopefully soon by bike too - we're still looking for cycling training partners with a survival instinct for this summer. Usually deeply relaxed, he is otherwise very happy to drink beer or tea together, tends a small botanical garden with a green thumb, and is basically open to anyone who has spontaneous fun.
