- From U8 Leinestrasse, it's one station down south to reach S+U Hermanstrasse station, where you can catch the S Ring Bahn that takes you all around the city periphery.

- Right around the corner is Lessinghöhe Park with 2 playgrounds for children.
- 6 min walk to Körnerpark, which makes you feel like you in Paris more than Berlin.
- 15 min walk to Tempelhofer Feld, an old city airpot landing strip turned into a park and playground to practice any sport with wheels with a great sensation of freedom and/or bring your BBQ.
- 15-20min walk to Hasenheide, another huge park with outdoor cinemas, a zoo and children's playgrounds.
- A public swimming pool is located between Tempelhofer and Hasenheide (only open during Spring and Summer).

- 5 min walk to a Biomarkt
- 10 min walk to Schillerkiez, with tons of tasty restaurants for all price ranges as well as a local market on the weekends with fresh vegetables, meat, cheese and more. There is also a city-famous bakery called Gorillaz that provides bread to a lot of restaurants.
- 10 min walk to Rathaus Neukolln with trendy Klunkerkranich rooftop bar on top a shopping mall that has all you could need: Mediamarkt (electronics), H&M, TKMaxx, DM (toiletries) and a post office.
- From both U8 or U7, 1 or 2 stops north land you at Hermanplatz, where you can find a Karstadt (department store).

The rent indicated is for a full month and includes all the utilities (water, electricity, Internet).

The amount you pay is calculated pro rata to the number of days of your stay.

Deposit to be paid upon signature of the contract.

The first month's rent to be paid when moving in.

Please note there is a cleaning fee of 150 euros that is to be paid with the last month's rent. (it can also be deducted from the deposit refund).
