1- We ask for one, two, or three people who want to take over our unlimited contract and form a new WG. In order to give your papers to the Hausverwaltung, you need to make sure you have a collective income above 5000 Euros NETO. Please check the post for the paperwork you need to hand in in order for the Hausverwaltung to consider the application.
2- We will only give the apartment to someone who can purchase our furniture, as we are moving abroad and can not take it with us. The furniture makes up for around 1400 Euros. You can ask us for a list and pictures of the furniture.
The apartment has three bedrooms (24sqm, 14sqm, and 12sqm), two full bathrooms, a kitchen, and a big living/dining room. It is located in a back building on the first floor. There is also storage space in the basement.
The apartment was also renovated not long ago.
The apartment is a 5 minute walk from Körner Park and Tempelhof. You are also 3 minutes from U8 Leinestrasse and 7 minutes from S Hermastrasse.
Rewe, Netto, and Aldi are also 7 minute walk away.
It is a very cool and at the same time calm kiez, there are nice cafés, restaurants, bars, and places to go out.

Due to the energy crisis, the price of the "nebenkosten" will most probably increase in May, we are still unsure how much.
