I'm renting my 44 sqm apartment in Neukölln-Köllnische Heide for 20 days nights from to March 29th to April 17th .

It’s a nice and cosy flat, with a living room, a sleeping room and a balcony. The mattress is really good and the balcony has been renovated and looks better than on the photo). It's suitable for one or two people.
Internet, bedsheets and towels are included.

Green and quiet for nature lovers :
It's located in a very green and quiet area, surrounded by the lovely park "Köllnische Heide" (photo) and the „Mauerweg“ (the Berlin Wall trail). The Mauerweg is a green bike / walk trail that leads to the canal at BaumschulenBrücke or to the lake Grünau.
With a few bus stations / 5 min by bike / 20 min walk :
- Plänterwald Park / Treptower Park
- The forest Königsheide

Exciting activities for city lovers :
For the city life, you’ll be only a few bus stops with the M41 from the center of Neukölln and the canal. There are plenty of cafés, restaurants, little art galleries, vintage and local shops onBöhmischer Platz,Hertzberg Kiez, Weserstrasse. The biggest Queer Club of Berlin "Schwuz" is on Rollbergstrasse. The Club / Biergarten / Flea market "Revier Südost / RSO" (former Griesmühle) is two S-Bahn stations away from the house. Tempelhofer Feld, the former airport converted into a public park, is a unique Berlin experience and definitely a must.

Tourism :

Supermarket & co :
There’s a shopping center nearby called Neucölln Carre with Edeka, Aldi, Rossman, Sparkasse, pharmacy, Post service, bakeries, hair dresser, gaz station and Mac Donald's. There's also a Netto 5 min from the house too.

Connexions :
The nearest train station is the S-Bahn Köllnische Heide which has a direct connexion to the Airport (20 min) or to Südkreuz train station.
The bus M41 goes through the whole city until the central train station Hauptbanhnof.
There's a free parking lot in front of the house that has always space. The highway exit « Grenzallee » is very close.

Please consider the following :
no pets (I'm allergic, sorry), smoking on the balcony only, no rehearsing music/ singing, no party (it's a quiet house).
