Hallo!
We would like to sublet our apartment for 18 nights from 24th Aug to 11 Sept.
It is a bright, 70m Altbau on the 4th floor. Lovely neighbourhood with many cafes, restaurants and of course wonderful Templehof less than 1 minute walk away! The nearest public transport (U8, Boddinstrasse) is 5-7 mins walk away.
The apartment has one double bedroom, a spacious lounge with double sofa bed, a bathroom with bath, shower and washing machine, and a kitchen. There is a nice small balcony off the bedroom.
The apartment has enough room for a couple, a couple with a small child or two friends who want to have a fun time in Berlin! Our place is very dear to us which is why we will ask for a deposit of 300€ for the time of the stay. The price above is for the period of 24th August to 11 September. It is 50 EUR for night if the whole period cannot be taken.
