Me and my husband are going in holidays and are offering you our cozy 2 room Apartment. Perfect for 1 Person or a Couple (or friends that don't mind sleeping in one bad :) ) The apartment is fully furnished so you wouldn't need to worry about bringing anything regarding the house. In the bedroom there is a double bed and enough space to practice yoga in the morning ;) We will free one of the wardrobes for you to have enough space to put your clothes in. The living room and a kitchen are connected. From the living room you could reach the balcony where you could relax on the swing-chair. Going further down the stairs you will reach our garden, where you could enjoy the upcoming hot summer days in Berlin in the shadow of our chestnut tree while swinging on the swing or laying in the Hammock (please note: one person at a time).
The apartment is situated in Pankow, 5 min walk from the U-Bahn Station Vineta Straße. The area is very calm and quite but in only one stop you could reach the the Party area of Prenzlauerberg. The Tram M1 goes everyday trough the night. In the surrounding areas there are 4 different super markets (Norma, Penni, Aldy and a bit further Rewe), a small park that is a protected nature area, Bürger Park, Schloss Park as bigger ones and many other smaller green spots.

If you are interested in renting the apartment, please write me a message with information about you. I will revise your request and invite you on Thursday, the 16.08.2018 to personally meet and for you to take a look at the apartment. On Friday we could sign the contract for which I will need a copy of your ID. And on Saturday the 18.08.2018 you will receive the keys and you could immediately move in.
