i am subletting my flat for ~4 weeks in august. The date is a little flexible and we can discuss.
I moved into the flat one year ago and everything is new and renovated. Also the kitchen has superior brand new equipment.
WHAT IS IMPORTANT:
->Good housekeeping
->From 6am to 11pm, planes landing at Tegel airport are visible from the balkony and hearable. It doesnt matter for me and i am not waking up in the morning from planes. But it may bother you, if you are sensitive for it
BEDROOM:
->Bed 140x200
->The smaller wardrop will be empty for you
LIVING ROOM:
->Spacious comfortable couch, can be extended to sleep
->Flat TV and 7.1 Soundsystem
->Round dining table for 5 persons
KITCHEN:
->Brand new equipment with induction cooker, dishwasher, big fridge and washing machine
->All equipment like plates, cups, cutlery, toaster, rice cooker etc will stay there
