Sunny two room apartment plus big kitchen + cat!

Hello! I am going home to Australia on Friday and will be renting out my apartment while I'm gone. I'll be away 11 March - approx 15 May (the end date is a little flexible as i haven't booked my return ticket yet).

The apartment is about 50sqm and on the 5th floor, with bedroom, separate living room, a big kitchen and bathroom with window and tub. It's ideal for a single/couple but also works well as a WG. I also have a cat, Murph. He's house trained, super affectionate and loves to snuggle.

I'm looking for someone (or two!) who's interested to stay in my apartment, contribute to the rent (i'm asking for 600, my rent is actually about 850/ month), and take care of my sweet fluffy boy, murph.

My partner lives in berlin, and can also share taking care of murph in case you wanted to go away for any trips while you're here.

The living room and kitchen face south, are bathed in sunshine all day and have a lovely view over gardens.
The bedroom and bathroom face north and are bright with views over the beautiful Plänterwald forest and all the way to Mitte. You can even see Berlin's famous Fernsehturm!

The living room is spacious and an ideal place to work, sleep or chill... there is a super comfortable sofa bed, desk, plants etc. The kitchen has everything you need and more- washing machine, dishwasher, sodastream, waffle maker, loads of teas and spices etc. The bedroom has a futon (bought last year, it's firm but not hard, and very comfortable), plants, a calm vibe and a nice view. There are no windows of other buildings facing my apartment on either side- it is lovely and private!

The photos are a bit old but essentially the apartment is the same (i got rid of a lot of plants when i got murph, and i have a way better clothes hanging setup now in the bedroom)

Ich werde vom 11. März bis ca. 15. Mai verreisen (das Enddatum ist ein wenig flexibel, da ich mein Rückflugticket noch nicht gebucht habe).

Ich habe eine Katze, Murph.

Ich suche jemanden, der daran interessiert ist, in meiner Wohnung zu wohnen, zur Miete beizutragen (ich bitte um 600, meine Miete ist eigentlich etwa 850), und sich um meinen süßen, flauschigen Kater Murph zu kümmern.

Mein Partner wohnt in Berlin und kann sich auch an der Betreuung von Murph beteiligen, falls Sie verreisen möchten, während der Zeit.

Die Wohnung ist an der fünfte Etage, 2 Zimmer plus Küche, ca. 50qm, hell und mit ein schönen Ausblick über Garten und Wald. Süd sind die Küche und Wohnzimmer, und jeden tag bis zum gegen 14h sind sie im Sonnenschein gebadet.

Alles voll mobiliert: Küche mit Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, E-herd, Wafflemaker, soda stream, Geschirr, Tisch etc; Wohnzimmer ist geräumig mit Schreibtisch, Sofabett und pflanzen. Bad ist hell, mit Fenster und Badewanne, Schlafzimmer hat alles plus ein schoene ruhige Ausblick.
