Wir vermieten für 3 Monate unsere 2-Zimmer-Wohnung. Sie befindet sich in einem ruhigen Mehrfamilien-Neubau in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und eignet sich gut für ein Pärchen.

Die Wohnung hat ein geräumiges Schlafzimmer mit einem 2,00m x 1,80m Boxspringbett, 1 Kleiderschrank und 1 Arbeitstisch mit Schreibtischstuhl. Auf Wunsch kann 1 Monitor dagelassen werden, sodass man bestens im Home Office arbeiten kann. Zudem gibt es 1 Beamer für Filmabende im Bett.

Das Bad hat 1 Dusche und 1 Waschmaschine. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Herd, Spüle, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, großem Kühlschrank, Küchenschrank, Arbeitsplatte, Geschirr/Besteck usw.

Im Wohnzimmer steht 1 große Schlafcouch, 1 Couchtisch aus Glas und 1 sehr großer 72-Zoll-Fernseher.

Der Flur ist ebenfalls recht geräumig. Nach hinten raus zum Wohnzimmer ist ein ruhiger Hinterhof mit Wiese, Tischtennisplatte und Kinderspielplatz. Das Schlafzimmer zeigt zur Straße, bei geschlossenem Fenster ist es jedoch absolut ruhig.

We are renting out our 2-room apartment for 3 months. It is located in a quiet new multi-family building in a quiet residential area and is well suited for couples.

The apartment has a spacious bedroom with a 2.00m x 1.80m box spring bed, 1 closet and 1 desk with desk chair. On request, 1 monitor can be left so that you can work optimally in the home office. There is also 1 projector for movie nights in bed.

The bathroom has 1 shower and 1 washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, sink, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, large fridge, kitchen cupboard, worktop, crockery/cutlery etc.

In the living room there is 1 large sofa bed, 1 glass coffee table and 1 very large 72-inch TV.

The hallway is also quite spacious. To the rear of the living room is a quiet backyard with a lawn, table tennis table and children's playground. The bedroom faces the street, but it is absolutely quiet when the window is closed.
