Sublet Furnished apartment in PrenzlauerBerg for short term renting

The apartment location is in Prenzlauer Berg one of the top trendy neighborhoods in Berlin. It's an old reonvated building and it's on the 3rd floor(no elevator). The area has lots of bars, restaurants, spati, and pharmacies that are just around the corner within a walking distance. Also for groceries supermarkets are quite near for
example:

- Lidl is a 3-minute walk
- Rewe is a 7-minute walk
- a lot of spati are around in Schonhauser Allee too. It's like 3-5 minutes walk

Transportation:
- Ubahn/Sbahn Schonhauser-Alle is a 7-minutes walk
- Also the Tram is around 5-minute walk

On another level you're just one station away from Ebreswalder very lively area too and great for nights out, Also you're 4 stations away from Alexanderplatz and finally one station away from Gesundbrunnen.

The new tenant has to be a responsible, clean person. Preferably a fulltime working professional. But I'm still open to chatting with everyone.
