I'm renting out my apartment in Berlin while away traveling for a month.
Ideal for a couple of newcomers to Berlin, to live there temporarily and with all necessary comfort while searching for another place more long term.

Full description:

Cosy renovated flat in a historic and quiet residential complex with a large, green inner courtyard offering many amenities nearby. 

The flat is located in Prenzlauer Berg, with several tram stations (M10 and M4)  and the S-Bahn ring (Greifswalder Straße) conveniently within a few minutes' walk.
There is a supermarket right around the corner.
South of Danziger Straße, you will find the Bötzowviertel, with many restaurants and the beautiful and lively Volkspark Friedrichshain within walking distance, 

The flat consists of an entrance/hallway, a bathroom, a kitchen, a bedroom and a living-room. It has been renovated and appears spacious with its 2.70m ceiling height.

The bathroom offers a toilet, a washbasin cabinet and a bathtub. 
Towels are provided.

The kitchen has an induction cooking field, a dishwasher, a microwave-oven, a washing machine, a fridge with a freezer.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and cutlery.

The bedroom has a 160x200 bed, and an extra large mirror wardrobe, ideal to store all of your clothes during your stay and really feel at home. Storing medium suitcases under the bed is possible. Blackout curtains ensure a good night’s sleep. 
Bed linen is provided.


The living room, with its large balcony overlooking the courtyard on the top floor, is equipped with a large dining table and 4 chairs, a wooden wardrobe (for cutlery and other storage space), and a daybed sofa. 

The daybed sofa can be transformed into a bed (sleeps 2 people) by simply pulling it out and offers great sleeping comfort with spring mattresses, pillows and a 200x200cm duvet. Bed linen is also provided for the daybed.


In terms of technical amenities, the flat offers a large TV, a PlayStation 4, and 4 Alexa Echo Dot speakers (2 in the living room, which also act as a home theater for the TV, 1 in the kitchen and one in the bathroom).
Wi-Fi is also provided, with an average speed of 200 Mbps within the living room. 
In case you need to do home office, I would also be putting at your disposal 2 screens, which can be placed on the dining table during the day and stored away when not in use.

The balcony is equipped with 2 chairs and a foldable table to enjoy the surrounding greenery from above during the warmer months.

Due to the great location and the comprehensive equipment, the flat is ideal for anyone who wants to stay comfortably in Berlin without additional purchases and be able to get around the city quickly by public transport.

Smoking is permitted on the balcony only.

A pet may be accepted upon prior discussion.

Final cleaning included in the rental price.
