My home is a bright, spacious top floor (5th floor) apartment that gets sun from both the east and the west! There's only one neighbor on the 5th floor (a couple who is lovely), and being on top floor means it's very quiet :) Serviced by a lift.
It's spacious with 80sqm and three main rooms aside from the bathroom and kitchen: the bedroom, living room and work+dining room.
The bedroom faces the west and has big windows and a balcony attached. It looks out onto the private garden backyard and is great for a morning coffee or afternoon beer. Gets indirect sunlight in the morning and direct in the afternoon.
The work+dining room has a dedicated workstation, a smart TV (Frame Samsung) and a large wooden dining table perfect for hosting group dinners with friends or for remote working.
The living room is very cozy with a big sofa and armchair, great for unwinding.
Bathroom has a bathtub and shower and windows letting in some nice light. Kitchen is fully equipped with oven, big refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, laundry machine, water boiler, toaster.
Price is per month and all inclusive- includes utilities and internet. Total price for the total stay is $6500

Helmholtzkiez is an amazing neighborhood in Prenzlauer Berg! It has a lot of people mostly in their mid-30s to mid-50s, young families, and has so many good restaurants and cafes around, but still retains a humble, local feel. The flat is a 5 minute walk to the tram, 8 minute walk to the ringbahn or the Ubahn Schonhauser Alle, so very well connected. It's quiet at night but has a nice neighborhood vibe during the day.
