Unsere wunderschöne Maisonette Wohnung ist direkt am Kollwitzplatz gelegen, im Hinterhaus. Es gibt eine Terasse und Zugang zum Garten. 4 Zimmer, eines davon ist ein Maler-Atelier (ein heller und geräumiger Arbeitsraum mit Ventilationssystem)eine große Eßküche und ein geräumiges Bad mit Badewanne. Die Wohnung ist ideal als 'Live/Work Space'für einen oder mehrere Künstler, der Atelierraum könnte aber natürlich auch anders genutzt werden. Lage: 5 min zur U-Bahn Senefelder Platz, 5 min zur Tram Danziger Str oder Prenzlauer Allee. Die Miete beinhaltet wireless Internet und alle Nebenkosten. Für die Endreinigung kommt eine Putzfrau, die Kosten hierfür betragen einmalig 40 Euro.

We are looking for somebody who would like to rent our four room live/workspace in Berlin from march 1st until june 1st. It is an ideal space for a artist of any sort because it has a large and sunny studio room with good ventilation. However, this room could also easily be used as a spacious bedroom. The apartment is situated on Kollwitzplattz in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg where there is an active series of outdoor markets each week but it is is tucked away in a courtyard which has a quiet garden. The apartment is on the ground level and divided into two floors with almost every room having access to the garden through french doors. Its got a cozy living room, eat in kitchen, and a bathroom with tub and shower, as well as every kind of convenience a modern home could have.
Overall its a an extremely comfortable living environment and I personally find it a calm and inspirational workspace. Please drop me a line for more information.
