I want to sublet my fully furnished apartment in Berlin city center (Prenzlauerberg) starting from SEPTEMBER the 06th and ending at SEPTEMBER the 23th.

It's fantastically located in the city center, in a favorite of Prenzlauerberg, one of the most beautiful and lively areas of Berlin (a few meters from the metro stations: S-BAHN Greifswalder Straße (10 Min.to ALEXANDER PLATZ).

It's a very cosy, bright, sunny, warm, comfortable, 80m2 flat at the 4rd floor.
It has 1 spacious room with an separated bedroom, 1 spacious living room with an balcony, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 nice bathroom (with bathtube and shower) with window.

There's a double designer bed, separated by an nice white curtain in the bedroom, so it's perfect for 2 people and very cosy,
There is everything needed for daily life (free WIRELESS CONNECTION, TV, washing machine, towels, bedsheets, fridge, freezer, water cooker, iron, stoves, bathtube, shower, hair-dryer, etc.).

The neighborhood is very safe at day and night, quiet and green but at the same time plenty of things to do.
Shops, galleries, supermarkets, bars, clubs, restaurants, parks in the area, the flat is just a few meters from the famous Helmholtzplatz and Kollwitzplatz.

All public transports available: tram (M10 and M4), bus, metro (S-Bahn and U-Bahn).

The price for the apartment will be 59€ per day and includes 2 people.
People who plan to stay for long periods will be preferred.
Linen, internet usage and final cleaning are included.

For the caution money I ask for a deposit of euro 150.- that money you get back when you leave the place.
