We are moving back to the US next week and need someone to take over our lease starting Feb. 1. Today is the last day for viewing the apartment (January 20). Hours 1:00-4:30pm
The apartment is 2 rooms with a beautiful bathroom and built-in kitchen. It is in the back of the house so it is very quiet.
We have some items for sale: nightstands and night table lights, color printer, iron and ironing board, hand mixer, pots, pans, casserole dishes, picnic blanket, kitchen table, dishes, silverware, glasses, air conditioner. Please contact for prices.
The following items are free: metal coat rack, 2 drying racks, bathroom cabinet, window blinds in bedroom, curtains in living room.
The apartment has renovated wood floors and stained glass windows in the interior doors.
The electricity costs are approximately 37 euro a month.
You need to pay for your own internet and cable.
The apartment is in a great location. The street has many restaurants, a grocery store, hair salons, yoga studio. A shopping mall is a short walk away with Kaiser's, Rossman, Biofrisch, Netto. The U and S Bahn is a 10 minute walk (Schonhauser Allee station). Mauerpark is 2 minutes away.
