Very nice 62m2 Altbau apartment in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg, between Prenzlauer Allee and Helmholtzplatz.
The flat is on the 4th floor (no lift) and all the windows are facing south, which makes it a very bright apartment. The balcony is also facing south.
The flat has been completely renovated end of 2013.
The kitchen is fully equipped (see pictures) with a big fridge, a washing machine, a gas oven and 5 gas cooking plates. All these equipments were bought new in 2014.
The floors (massive wooden floor), the walls and the ceiling have been completely redone last week so the flat is very clean and in perfect state.
The heating is centralised and included in the charges so the gas you will have to pay on top is only for heating the water and the cooking plates.
The flat also comes with a cellar and a bike parking place in the courtyard.
