I am looking for a serious tenant to rent my flat from July31th to August 14th.
My apartment is really clean, cosy and sunny, situated in the 3rd floor with a nice small balcony on the main street where you can enjoy the sun during the summer. The place is very nice, and it has high ceilings, wooden floor, and big windows.
It is fully equipped - Kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and Washing machine, and a spacious room that has a bedroom side and a living room side. Internet access is included.
It is located in the middle of Berlin, in a very beautiful and bohemian district of Prenzlauer Berg. This area is full of nice cafés, restaurants, and cosy bars with live music. There are also many shops and markets around.
As it is in the middle of Berlin, you can reach almost the main touristic areas with direct and fast transports.
It is very important for me to let my flat in good hands. Parties, pets and smoking are not allowed.
