A cosy 1-bedroom flat on Gleimstr (45m2). Very quiet, top floor (no elevator), comfortably accommodates two people (ideal for couples).
The flat is redecorated in 10/2015 and is fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bedroom has a new double bed and a new wardrobe. The open living room has a fully fitted kitchen with a kitchen table and chairs, and a sofabed for your visitors. The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub and also a washing machine. Linen and towels included.
There's a skylight window in the open living room, providing sufficient daylight regardless of the season.
There's sufficient storage in the flat and enough space should you wish to add some of your furniture to make it more "your own". A cellar downstairs for extra storage.
The flat is well connected to Berlin airports: a 30-minute trip to Berlin Tegel, and 45 minutes to Berlin Schönefeld. The closest S/U bahn stop is 500m away: Schönhauser Allee.
The Mauerpark area and Gleimstraße are known for the lively and relaxed atmosphere with lots of bars, cafes and restaurants in the area. At the same time, as the flat is located in the 2nd courtyard, no noise from the street/outside come through.
