Wir wollen unsere MÖBLIERTE Wohnung in März (von 23.03. bis 30.03.) zum Zwischenmieten geben, und Sie können sie genießen! Die Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer, Einbauküche mit Herd/Ofen, großer Kühlschrank. Das Bettzimmer (mit 160x200 Bett) hat Fenster zum Innenhof, und der Balkon von dem Wohnzimmer hat Strassenblick und warme Sonne in den Nachmittag.

Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein Sofa und 48 Zoll TV.

Wir sind ein junges Pärchen, suchen auch ein Pärchen oder Single. Keine Tiere, keine Partys bitte.

Hi! We are a young couple looking to sublet our (furnished) apartment for 7 days in March, from the 23rd to the 30th. The location is excellent - very close to the U-bahn and S-bahn from Schönhauser Allee, and 4 minutes walking from Tram 12. There's also street parking, where it's usually not hard to find a spot.

There are also good shops nearby, including grocery stores like Lidl, Kaiser and Netto, and a big mall - the Schönhauser Arkaden for your fashion shopping needs. It's very close to the bustling Schönhauser Allee and Mauerpark, but also quiet. The bedroom, with a queen-size bed, faces the inner courtyard and the balcony from the living room faces the street. In the living room, we also have a Sofa and a 48" TV.

No parties/pets please.
