A cozy double room will be available from 28. Sept - 31st. January. Its a fully furnished bedroom and living room. It is ideal for a couple or two (or more) good friends or some one that needs a lot of space!!

The Bedroom aka The Green Room (one bed, working station)

The Living Room aka The Red Room (one sofa with a pull out bed, plenty of space for yoga, etc.) There is direct access to the balcony.

There are two beds (1 bed and 1 sofa bed). So if you would like to sublet the room as a couple or as more friends that will also be possible. Just let me know and we will discuss it further.

There is plenty of space. If you're interested in exploring Berlin, looking for another more permanent place, just need"Tapette Wechsel" my rooms are available.

It is a shared apartment. You will have two other housemates but they both live on the east wing, so you will have alot of privacy. Occasionally you may meet in the kitchen.

It is in Prenzlauer Berg, 5 min bus or tram ride to Alexanderplatz, , one tram ride to get to Warschauer Strasse, and one tram ride to get the the Berlin Hbf (M10). Rewe is a 5 minute walk away. Many restaurants in the area.

I have several plants on the balcony. I would be very thankful of you could keep an eye on them and water them if they ever look thirsty :).

Please write me a message here! Tell me a little about yourself/selves and what you will be doing here in Berlin. This is a home and not a hotel. So we want someone that will respect that.

Dates: Sept 28. – October 31st Price: 670 Euros. + 50 Euros more per person. Kaution (Deposit) depends on how many people will stay.
