2 Room Cozy Apartment in Prenzlauer Berg, fully furnished (new building)

We're looking for a subletter for our sunny apartment in Prenzlauer Berg from 01.06.2024 to 01.05.2025, or shorter.

The apartment in a new modern building (2016) is located on the ground floor with a floor to ceiling windows and a big terrace. Park view, there are no houses across the windows, only trees, really calm and nice. Not hot in Summer. The size of the apartment is 44 square meters and consists of 2 rooms (a bedroom and a living room with open kitchen), and a bathroom with a shower + terrace 9 square meters.

The apartment is sublet new fully furnished with the following furniture, electrical appliances, etc:
* Bedroom: big bed with mattress (200cm x 160cm), pillows, linens, large wardrobe, chest of drawers.
* Bathroom: large mirror, washing machine, hair dryer, towels, drying rack. Renovated in December 2023.
* Living room: two tables, stand lamp, 2 chairs, big cupboard.
* Kitchen: fully equipped with oven, Nespresso coffee maker, refrigerator (without Deepfreeze), cutlery, crockery.
* Terrace: small table, chairs, a lot of plants.
* Bicycle storage

Not allowed are: pets, parties and smoking inside.
It is possible to smoke on the terrace, which can be accessed from the living room.

The apartment is very central (corner of Prenzlauer Allee and Danziger Street), 3 min walk of the famous Kollwitz Straße.
The apartment is located in 1 min of the tram station "Prenzlauer Allee/Danziger Str", 5 minutes walk to the S-bahn station "Prenzlauer Alle". The traffic connection is therefore optimal and can be reached in a few minutes. Shops are also within walking distance (in the appartment's building is Denn's, near Lidl, Penny, Netto). There are also parks not far from the apartmentas - Volkspark Friedrichshain and Mauerpark.
There are plenty of cafes and restaurants, boutiques, bicycle shops, yoga schools around the apartment.

We rent the apartment to a maximum of two people. Strictly no smoking apartment with smoking terrace.

The total rent is 1.500 euro per month, includes all payments (electricity, internet and heating).

The deposit is 1.400 euro.
