We are offering our beautiful 2 room apartment for 3 weeks in April and May. The flat is located near the Arnimplatz in Prenzlauer Berg. There is new, fully equipped kitchen with all the things you might need if you enjoy cooking and baking as well as washing machine and dishwasher. It is positioned in the 4th floor of the building. As we are a couple, we are using one room as a bedroom, and another one as living room, but both could also be used as bedrooms, as the sofa is extendable and makes a comfortable bed, in order you want to move in with some friends. The flat is really light, and we are happy to call it home that is why we wish to find people who will take a good care of it - and our plants, for the time we are away. There is a nice balcony, which you also might use as the days get warmer and longer. Smoking in the flat is not permitted but you can use the balcony. There is WiFi you can use, but no TV.
There is a tram station right before the building, where the M5 and M13 stop. About 5-7 walk away there is U- and S-bahn station Schönhaußer Alle, with U2, Ringbahn S42 and S42 as well as S85 + around 8min walk away there is Bornholmer Straße S station with S: 1, 2, 8, 25, 26 and 85 so you have plenty of connections, no matter where in the city you want to go. Grocery shopping: - huge Rewe supermarket: 3min walk - Veganz: 2 min walk - Lidl: 7 min walk - Aldi: 10 min walk - Dm and Alnatura: 5 min walk There is also Edeka and Biomarkt in Schönhauser Alle Arkaden. Mauerpark 10 min walk
We want responsible and mindful people in our flat, that is why we ask for a short introduction about you, who you are, where you are from what you do and so on... The price is for full period. ANMELDUNG NOT POSSIBLE. If you are interested please write us an email and we will get in touch. We are looking forward to getting to know you. With kindest regards, Anja and Roland
