The high-ceilinged livingroom is commodious including a kitchenette, fully equipped and stocked to be your culinary home away from home during this stay.
Just a couple of minutes away from restaurants, cafes, bars, essential amenities and MAUERPARK, a massive city park that occupies the space that once held the Berlin Wall, it now has the largest flea market in the city, dedicated karaoke amphitheater, sports facilities, graffiti wall, and an impressive view of the Fernsehturm.
Ideal for a couple about to move to Berlin in need of a temporary stay until finding their perfect home.

Price include everything except electricity, on monthly bases the counter will be red and you pay for own usage. If you don’t waste energy, bill should be between 20-40€ monthly.

Located in vibrant Prenzlauer Berg in a calm street, only few minutes walk from Mauerpart, grocery shops, restaurants, bars and all the buzz.
Schönhauser Allee U & S -Bahn (U2 & Ringbahn) Station only 7-10 min walk (depending on speed).
Voltastraße U-bahn (U8), also depending on speed, 10-15 min walk.
