Terrace with little vegetable garden
comfy big bed,working and workshop room with desk (homeoffice,remote)
Kitchen with couch and table

Room 1: My bedroom and yogaroom
20 m2, big bed witha 2x2m supercomfy mattress, only one wardrobe in there and bookshelfs, plants, space for your things or activities, room shows to teracce

Room 2: 18 m2, working space with
1 little sleeping mattress (only for guests!!), industrial sawing machine, big working desk, book shelfs

Room 3: Kitchen with couch and table, fridge, washing machine, etc.

Teracce: I have a teracce with vegetable plants. So please water them and of course you can take the tomatoes, herbs and so on from there :)

Condition: I'm looking for a responsable person or a couple, that is into sustainability and plants. I had very bad experience during the last time I rented my flat. I'm usually super easy going and I'm also a bit sad to have made that experience. So to water the plants REGULARLY is mandatory. Please be older than 27, people younger than that are not accepted. NO PARTY PLACE, NO AFTER HOUR and so on. This is my personal flat and I want to keep good energy there.
