I'm subletting my lovely non-student apartment in Prenzlauer Berg from Sept. 18th till Sept. 30th. The flat is located in a quiet residential area, close to M Erich-Weinert-Str., from where you can reach Alexanderplatz in 10 min.
The flat has 2 big and bright rooms and a separate, fully equipped kitchen. From the kitchen and the living room you get to a huge balcony (17sqm), that's perfect for chilling in the evenings. In the bedroom there is a brand new, super comfy bed.
You don't have to worry about anything, since there is everything you need provided (a washing machine, a corner bathtub, a huge TV and high-speed WiFi). Supermarkets Netto, Lidl and Rossman are just around the corner.
No partying and no smoking in the flat, but you can smoke on the balcony and party in one of the thousand clubs.;)
The flat has a great location for reaching all the sights of this wonderful city.
Perfect for couples (max. 2 people).
