We are renting out our beautiful 65qm apartment in Prenzlauer Berg for the first three weeks of September due to moving, for a total of €1000 (all inclusive). The apartment is ideal for a couple or a small family, and has a double air mattress for guests. A baby bed is also available upon request. The apartment is centrally located in a buzzing neighbourhood, and has a lot of children's parks/playgrounds for tenants use. We are exactly at the intersection between Danziger street and Greifswalder street, thus with immediate access to tram M4 (10 minutes to Alexanderplatz) and M10, and within a walking distant for S-Bahnhof Greifswalder street.
APARTMENT:
- 1 main bedroom with double bed
- 1 small bedroom
- Baby bed upon request
- 1 living area with dining table, and comfortable couch
- Kitchen with oven and refrigerator
- Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine
- Internet (WiFi) included (please be wary of local laws and ensure that there are no illegal downloads)
- The apartment is located on Danzigerstraße, a beautiful street in Prenzlauer Berg. The street is full of many shops, cafes, bars, wine stores and restaurants (including an Apotheke/Pharmacy, convenience store, bakery).
- There are two large grocery stores within easy walking distance - LIDL and Edeka - 2 & 3 blocks away respectively. There is a small Nahcity supermarket right to next to the building and also two small, but well-stocked Bio/organic stores in the area.
- There is a wonderful food market that happens each Saturday in Kollwitzkiez, and the famous Sunday Fleemarkt in the Mauerpark (a must go to when in Berlin). Both can be reached by a 10 minute tram ride.
TRANSPORT:
- The apartment is centrally located and very well-connected, and you can reach Alexanderplatz in 10-minutes by tram, or 20-minutes by walking.
- The apartment is a 2-minute walk to the Tram Station (M4 Tram) and (M10 Tram), which takes you directly to Alexanderplatz or to the Hauptbahnhof - Central Station (10-minutes).
- The closest S-Bahn Station is S-bahnhof Greifswalderstrasse, which is an 8-minute walk from the apartment. (S41/ S42/ S8/ S9/ S85)
CAUTION:
We do ask for a €500 deposit as both a bond for the booking and as security for the apartment. This will of course be returned in full so long as the booking is upheld and the apartment is returned in good order at the conclusion of the rental period.
Please note than Anmeldung is not possible.
We are looking for neat, friendly people to enjoy the apartment while we are travelling. We have a number of happy plants in our apartment, so it would be a bonus if our guests would be happy to water them for us! Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, and no pets either (unfortunately due to rental policy).
