We are subletting our beautiful, fully furnished two-bedroom flat from 12.12. 2023 until the beginning of February 2024.
There are two rooms: a living room with balcony, a futon sofa and a 90 x 200 cm bed and a small bedroom with a 90 x 200 cm bed. It is possible to put the two 90s together and provide a spacious 180 x 200 cm kingsize bed. Ideally, we are looking for one person or a couple who is friendly, responsible, outside smoking, and ready to water the plants once in a while.
Due to electricity and gas prices, we would charge 800 EUR per month for one person and 900 EUR per month for two. The rent for the whole period will be 1200 EUR for one and 1350 EUR for two.

The flat is located next to Mauerpark in the Scandinavian Area . There are plenty of shops, supermarkets, restaurants etc. near by.
Next Station is Schönhauser Allee 10 min walk .
