We are subletting our lovely home. The apartment is located in the center of the old bohemian quarter of the 'hip' neighbourhood 'Neukölln-Rixdorf', surrounded by charming cafés, restaurants and bars.
// ABOUT US
As you might notice from the pictures, this is our beloved private home which we will sublet from Nov-Jan (2,5 months). We are a young creative couple that enjoys travelling as much as you do, therefore we want to give other people the opportunity to stay at our place. Plant-lovers are very appreciated!
// THE PLACE
The flat has a bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and two balconies with a nice view over Neukölln. This area is famous for it's old bohemian flair but also surrounded by typical Berlin vibes. Public transportation is just 5min away.
// ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a reliable couple or single person who will treat our home and surrounding area with respect as we are also close friends with all our neighbours. If u smoke, then only on the balcony pls.
