Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in der Leberstraße auf der Roten Insel in Berlin Schöneberg. Die Wohnung ist leer und ab sofort bezugsfrei.

Es handelt sich, wie den beigefügten Bildern zu entnehmen, um eine ideale Pärchenwohnung, mit Balkon sowie saniertem Bad mit Badewanne. Eine eigene Kellerzelle bietet zusätzlichen Stauraum.

Besichtigungen und bei positiver Entscheidung der Einzug kurzfristig möglich. Bitte kontaktieren Sie mich diesbezüglich hier oder per eMail.

Da ich der Hausverwaltung den Nachmieter vorschlagen darf, bitte ich darum, nach Möglichkeit alle notwendigen Unterlagen (Schufa (jetzt beantragen) -Auskunfs, Mietschuldenfreiheitsbestätigung, Ausweiskopie) zur Besichtigung mitzubringen.

Zuletzt möchte ich hervorheben, dass der Mietvertrag keine Staffelmiete beinhaltet.

I am looking for a new tenant for my 2-room apartment in Leberstraße on the Red Island in Berlin Schöneberg. The apartment is empty and immediately vacant.

As you can see in the attached pictures, it is an ideal apartment for couples, with balcony and a renovated bathroom with bathtub. A separate cell in the basement offers additional storage space.

Visits and, if the decision is positive, moving in is possible at short notice. Please contact me in this regard here or by eMail.

Since I am allowed to suggest the next tenant to the property management, I ask you to bring all necessary documents (Schufa (jetzt beantragen) information, confirmation of no rent debts, copy of your identity card) to the inspection if possible.

Finally, I would like to point out that the rental agreement does not include a graduated rent.
