We are subletting our beautiful family flat in the center of Berlin, in the beloved family-friendly and international neighborhood of Schöneberg. We are renting the flat from the 8th of July 2023 (it could be 2 weeks earlier, depending on your need) to the 1st of July 2024 (with possibility of extension). The rent is 2000 euros + gas, electricity and internet at your charge and under your name. Anmeldung possible. For families only - no WG, no parties, no smoking.

Our family flat in Berlin Schöneberg is perfect for a family arriving in Berlin. Located in the lively and beloved neighborhood of Schöneberg, Akazienkiez, the flat is located at the 4th floor (no lift) of a historical building. Situated between 2 courtyards, the flat is very quiet.

Suitable for 2 adults, 2 kids. There is an extra couch bed for 2 more occasional guests in the living room. Particularly beloved is the open kitchen dining room, perfect for hosting diners and spending quality time, with a view in the trees.

The flat is composed by:
- a huge open kitchen/dining room
- a parental room
- a living room
- a kid's room, with a bunk bed
- a bathroom with toilets, bath and a shower cabin
- a tiny room for the washing machine and other utilities

It is totally furnished (furnitures, beds, cooking material, bathroom, bed linens, towels).

In front of the flat is the great park Kleistpark, with playgrounds and a skatepark. Three street markets are within 5 minutes by foot (Akazien, Winterfeldplatz and Yorckstrasse). The area has many supermarkets, bars, cafes and restaurants that I could recommend. The U-bahn (metro) is literally 2 minutes by foot (station: Kleistpark, on the U7).

We are a French family, and the Sophie Scholl Schule (French/German collège) is 2 minutes by foot. The Frenck lycée is 15 minutes with the bicycle. Many Kindergarten, schools and parks are accessible within 5 minutes by foot.

The flat is 10 mn to the Viktoria Park or the Gleisdreieck in Kreuzberg, 20 mn walk from the Philharmonie or Potsdamer Platz.

The flat comes with the regular service of our wonderful housekeeper, Marina, who currently comes 2 x 3 hours per month (fee not included, frequency to be discussed with Marina).

Please note that this is our flat, comfy and fully equipped, with our furnitures. If you are looking for a hotel experience, this might not be for you.
