Hi there,
I will be leaving my beautiful apartment for the weelend (Friday to Tuesday) in February.
The apartment is on the 4th floor (with an elevator in the building).
There are two big rooms (a bedroom and a living room) which both have big windows and French balconies facing Heinrich-von-Kleist Park. No direct neighbors and the rooms are light flooded, especially beautiful during golden hour in the afternoon.
The living rooms has a big couch, a smart tv, and all kinds of yoga equipment ;)
There is a table and two benches in the kitchen and many supplies for cooking.
The bathroom is small, but has a nice bathtub.
The apartment is located in Schöneberg, close to the boarder of Kreuzberg.
Nollendorfkiez and Akazienkiez are both nearby.
There are great restaurants and bars a couple blocks away and two farmers markets at Winterfeldplatz and Crelleplatz.
With the park right across the street you are close to nature.
Just a couple buildings to the right is a Lidl, but other grocery stores are also in walking distance.
The connection to public transport is really great.

It’s really easy to reach BER-Airport and busses to Berlin central station leave in front of the building.
